Domestic Shipping
Purchased items will ship from our Los Angeles location within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via USPS. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
If you need your order rushed, please email us at Info@LaurageLuxury.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
International Shipping
L’Aurage ships orders to all 50 states in the United States, U.S Territories, and Canada. Shipping methods and fees will be indicated at check-out. We are not responsible for import duty charges that may incur at customs.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at Info@LaurageLuxury.com
Refunds and Exchanges
At L’Aurage, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your unused product within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost and $7.00 restocking fee on all return items. Upon inspection we will provide a refund for the amount you paid to your original payment method. Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable.
We do not offer returns on sale items, seasonal items and limited-edition items.
We do not do exchanges at this time.
